Yes. We design and create Kyuka Design products by hand in our studio in Milanówek. Our candles, mugs, cups, bowls, vases and decorations are made in small batches, using porcelain and ceramics. The handcrafted nature of production means that individual pieces may differ slightly from one another – this is a natural feature of handmade items.
We design and produce our collections in Poland, in the Kyuka Design studio in Milanówek near Warsaw. We combine contemporary design with traditional ceramic techniques. From design and mold preparation, through casting and glazing, to finishing – many production stages are done by hand.
We design our scented candles as decorative objects, not just as a source of fragrance. Many of them are made in original, handcrafted porcelain or ceramic containers. Once the candle has burned down, you can keep the container and reuse it as a decorative object or small vessel.
Parian is a special type of porcelain with a bright, delicate surface reminiscent of marble. At Kyuka Design we use it, among other things, to create selected candles and other original objects. Its subtlety beautifully highlights the sculptural forms characteristic of our collections.
